Paint Pens

Are you looking for a temporary and extremely simple labeling method? Try using crayons such as these fine-tipped Sharpie pens. They are great for keeping spice jars or glass food cans tidy: no ink comes out when wiped with paper towels and water, but if you rub the label with an abrasive sponge or burst it in the dishwasher, it’s good like new. The days are gone by adding salt instead of sugar.

I have recently been trying to fill open shelves in our kitchen. I want it to be both beautiful and functional. We have a cellar, but it’s really small. So I decided to keep some of our food on open shelves!

I decided to transfer all the food that will work in clear glass jars from their boxes and bags. I asked Emma about her airtight jars that she thought was the best and, by the way, she recommended this Weck Jars I love!

it looked like this. I couldn’t decide how to tag them, so I taped small temporary labels there. Whatevs.

Still, I loved using these jars! I use cocoa powder and chia seeds for morning smoothies. And a lot of things are still missing in our house, it feels AMAZING to have a few items with a precise place!

I wanted a tag system that was easy to replace and super fussy to follow. At first I was planning to buy a label maker, but then I remembered the crayons!

he also wanted to know how difficult it was to stroke. It’s really great because if you wipe the container with a paper towel and water, it won’t come off. However, it appears if you rub it with a textured sponge or throw it in the dishwasher.

I plan to add eight more jars to the other side of my shelves soon. Very practical! You can store coffee, cereal, pancake mix, tea and all other things.

Isn’t he cute? I LOVE easy projects that come up cute!
