SPRING CLEANING CHECKLIST

SPRING CLEANING CHECKLIST

Hello friends! I have to admit that I am one of those “those” people who get a little emotional while washing my entire holiday decoration. We did this last week and suddenly our home feels very empty and less comfortable to me. To combat this sad feeling, I love starting spring cleaning first – basically in January! All I find is that helps me get refreshed and motivated at this time of the year! Good news: We have created a downloadable PDF for you to print at home for your own cleaning motivation!

This post is sponsored by Schmidt. You can recognize them from popular natural deodorants, but they also make great cleaning products! They naturally smell with essential oils and plant isolates, which is perfect because we prevent synthetic fragrances in our home. It can be purchased from Whole Foods.

I love the citrus + mineral scent. It’s not very strong or perfume. I enjoy using cleaning vinegar, quartz countertops and laundry detergent all over my house. I recently discovered that another brand I used (I think it’s natural!) Contains a synthetic fragrance, so this was a good trade-off for us!

There are MANY spring cleaning missions, but my absolute favorite is liquidation and donation. Make one room at a time and really take the time to rate each item. Would you use it? Did you like it It’s a great feeling to donate something you don’t use!
